Since its inception in 2011, ICN LLC, operating as Invest Caribbean, has fervently championed the Caribbean's allure to global investors. As a US-based private sector investment agency, we've devoted our time and resources to this global cause. From our modest beginnings with the pioneering Caribbean Week in New York investment forum on Wall Street, we've witnessed a remarkable surge in interest in the Caribbean.
Over the years, we've collaborated with governments and private developers worldwide, guiding them towards investor readiness.
We begin by consulting with clients to ensure they meet all the requirements lenders and investors look for.
We assist in crafting comprehensive pitch decks, business plans and financial projections, empowering developers to secure financial support and achieve their business goals, thereby fostering economic growth in the Caribbean and Latin America.
Furthermore, we excel in facilitating capital raises, especially debt financing for commercial real estate, renewable energy, expansion capital for agri., manufacturing and logistics companies; major infrastructure capital and bond market raises and loans to small banks and micro-lenders in the Caribbean and Latin America.
We also assist US companies - small and large - in securing fast capital, credit lines, real estate loans and equipment finance.
Concurrently, we assist our clients in developing robust marketing and promotional plans, enabling them to hit the ground running and maximize success.
For foreign nationals seeking a second passport, we also can assist with citizenship by investment services.
At Invest Caribbean, we're committed to driving investment opportunities, providing comprehensive financial solutions, and crafting effective marketing strategies to propel businesses and agencies forward in the vibrant and dynamic Caribbean as well as Latin American market.
We proudly declare that the Caribbean is "muy caliente" as any investment destination globally.
Meet Our Founder
Invest Caribbean, the US-based global private sector investment agency of the Caribbean, is the brainchild of Guyana-born, immigrant journalist and entrepreneur, Felicia J. Persaud, and was born from her passion for the Caribbean. She has spent over 20 years of her life advocating for the respect of the region and its people as a leader in the US Caribbean Diaspora, including ensuring Caribbean nationals were able to be counted on US Census forms. She is listed in the US State Department Speakers Database and quoted by many media. Felicia is also a pioneer in the Caribbean American marketplace in the US, founding Invest Caribbean to serve as a conduit between governments, funders and developers; as well as of the only PR Wire of the Caribbean, CaribPR Wire, now part of CISION PR Newswire. Her trailblazing extends to her founding of the first daily news wire for the Caribbean in the Diaspora, now News Americas News Network, a network of 20 Caribbean sites that's syndicated on Google News and Apple News as well as Synigate; and the award-winning Caribbean PR, AD and Digital Media Solutions Agency, Hard Beat Communications, Inc.
